As a Business Analyst, I focus on leveraging data analytics to support our senior living communities. By monitoring key financial and operational metrics, I uncover insights that help us enhance the experience of our residents while delivering value to our ownership groups. My role is centered on using data-driven strategies to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and overall community success.

In addition to my analytics work, I play a role in senior living community transitions. I collaborate closely with teams to ensure smooth transitions during acquisitions, onboarding, and operational changes, providing data-driven insights and solutions that support seamless integration and continued excellence in resident care.

The senior living and hospitality industries have always been a personal passion of mine. Growing up, I was immersed in this line of work gaining a deep appreciation for the impact these industries have on people’s lives.

I began my journey with SRI Management as an intern in April 2020, where I had the opportunity to work across multiple departments. This hands-on experience not only broadened my understanding of senior living but also fueled my desire to contribute to creating exceptional experiences for seniors.
