We believe in the overriding philosophy of treating others like we would want to be treated, and we believe this should be reflected in how we operate and conduct our business.
We recognize that being genuine requires action and a willingness to seek opportunities to place others before ourselves, and we must be willing to share our time, talent, and treasure with others.
Of course, we would like to be able to donate and support all the wonderful organizations and individuals that are doing great work in our businesses.
Regrettably, this is not possible, so we choose to donate and support needs through several organizations and programs.
Local Commitment
We are committed to supporting our team members and their local senior living communities. The senior living community-driven Heart-2-Heart Acts of Kindness Fund continuously provides financial assistance to meet local needs identified by our team members in their communities.
The fund embodies our belief in treating others as we would like to be treated. While kind gestures or acts of service can make a significant impact, monetary donations are often the most effective form of help.
Since its inception in January 2019, SRI Management has contributed one percent (1%) of its monthly management fee to the Heart-2-Heart Acts of Kindness Fund. Managed locally, this fund grants each community the freedom to allocate financial support to individuals, nonprofit organizations, church groups, or other groups in need.
Chaplain Program
We believe that each member of our team and every customer is uniquely created, and we all seek purpose and meaning in our lives. Recognizing the diversity in backgrounds and beliefs among us, we respect individual personal beliefs and acknowledge that life encompasses more than work and the present—it also includes a spiritual dimension.
We offer our Chaplain Program to support our team members in navigating life's challenges. A chaplain provides emotional support and spiritual care beyond the confines of traditional faith communities. Our Corporate Chaplain is available to assist team members during difficult times by offering spiritual guidance, facilitating work-life balance discussions, and providing short-term pastoral counseling.
International Giving
We believe giving goes beyond our borders, so we’ve partnered with Compassion International, a highly transparent non-profit whose mission is to provide critical assistance for a child, such as disaster relief, nutrition support, and medical needs.

If you are beginning your career or looking to complete a degree, we are committed to supporting our team members' professional development.
Education frequently unlocks new opportunities, so we reimburse all our corporate and community team members for tuition reimbursement. Everyone's professional path is unique, and SR Companies aims to ensure that those eager to learn have the opportunity to do so.
